At least ten published LMLK handles are typologically different (larger in size & brighter in color) from Type 484 & are probably from giant pithoi, which were about 2-3 times larger than Type 484 jars.  Eight came from controlled excavations; at least two are from unknown sources.  Here is a side-by-side photo comparing the two types (the Type 484 (left) is about 2" wide at the joint; the pithos (right) is about 3"):

Here is a sub-corpus of the known pithos handles: Chemical analysis indicates that LMLK pithoi were manufactured with clay that can be identified with the Jerusalem region, & their ware greatly resembles the inscribed GBON handles excavated from Gibeon.  Additionally, these 2 handles can be described as having ware similar to the pithos type (PPP), but their smaller shape resembles the Type 484 style along with a curious whitewash coating (WPP):

As soon as the commandment was circulated, the children of Israel brought in abundance the firstfruits of grain and wine, oil and honey, and of all the produce of the field; and they brought in abundantly the tithe of everything.--2Chronicles 31:5
