Description by Michael Welch:  #78 One-third jar handle with a medium amount of jar pottery remaining connected to the bottom. Pottery color is brick-red with a black core. Bears a type M2D impression, along with incised after firing concentric circles. The impression was broken presumably in antiquity. This sheared off more than 95% of the emblem and the LMLK letters. Out of MMST on the bottom, both Mems and the Tau are clear and the Shin is about half there. The incised concentric circles are clear as well. There is possibly added clay on the stamp and near the stamp on its left side. There is an old black ink #10 from a previous collection on the bottom.
