Description by Michael Welch:  #16 One-third jar handle with a very small amount of jar pottery remaining on the bottom.  Smudged potter's fingerprint on the inside of the handle near the base.  Pottery color is orangish buff with a few white grits, a black core, and encrustations.  Bears probably a H2D type impression.  Out of LMLK on the top, a trace of the second Lamed and the Kaph remain.  Out of HBRN on the bottom, no letters remain.  About two-thirds of the two-winged emblem remains.
